Philosophy
A nose that looks better but breathes worse is not a successful result. Neither is a face that is tighter but no longer recognisable. Both failures come from treating appearance and function as separate problems, when in facial surgery they are the same problem seen from two sides.
Dr. Dağlı's approach is reconstructive rather than reductive. In rhinoplasty this means rebuilding support with the patient's own cartilage rather than simply removing tissue. In facelift surgery it means repositioning deeper tissue along the direction in which the face descended, rather than pulling skin sideways. In both, the aim is a result that reads as a rested version of the same person.
Planning is done openly. Standardised photographs are analysed with the patient, what is achievable is stated plainly, and cases where surgery is unlikely to give enough improvement to justify it are declined rather than accepted.
